00:00:19: The pause for safety initiative continues to highlight the company's commitment to safety and Evonic colleagues in Virginia make meaningful impact for community members.

00:00:42: First up, Ivánic hosts its first town hall for the year.

00:00:45: The Americas region kicked off twenty-twenty six with the first Town Hall of the Year which also marked debut Town Hall for Elias Lacerda as new President.

00:00:53: America's event was held in four sessions to ensure accessibility for all employees an English speaking morning and afternoon session followed next day by a debut session for Spanish speakers And one for Portuguese Speakers.

00:01:06: Elias, alongside Robert Brown Head of Region Communications led a panel of presenters that touched on important topics for the region focusing on safety financial updates and growth stories.

00:01:17: The event also introduced the new America's Management Team or AMT which will take place in the previous North American leadership team.

00:01:25: concluding with Q&A session the town hall was meant to help set direction and positive tone focus

00:01:43: Next, North America continues pausing for safety.

00:01:46: Yvonnex Pause For Safety Initiative continues to spotlight the company's commitment to safety as a foundational value.

00:01:52: each quarter this program showcases proactive measures lessons learned And team engagement from around north america.

00:01:59: in The first quarter of twenty-twenty six sites across the region demonstrate their dedication To safety through innovative programs.

00:02:06: For instance, Vancouver laboratories hosted an engaging safety day featuring interactive stations to strengthen essential safety skills.

00:02:14: While teams in Itowa Tennessee and Western Michigan recently completed rope rescue and confined space training to enhance their emergency preparedness.

00:02:22: Notably the Emergency Response Team or ERT for The Calvert City Kentucky site which includes members from Avonok, Seksui & Wacker participated in the nation's top-rated industrial fire school at the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Services Facility, or TEEX.

00:02:40: This annual training event is a key component of the team's safety development providing the team with invaluable experience in industrial firefighting and incident command.

00:03:08: The hands-on nature of the program combined with the expertise of TEECS instructors provided our team with advanced skills and insights that are directly applicable for unique challenges we face in an industrial

00:03:23: Lastly, Ivana colleagues make it impact Virginia.

00:03:26: Employees from the Richman Hopewell Virginia site recently participated on a volunteer day rebuilding together Richmond.

00:03:33: a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the homes and lives of community members in need.

00:03:39: Rebuilding Together Richmond addresses critical home repair needs for individuals who are unable to afford or complete their work themselves due financial or health constraints.

00:03:49: The Evonic team recently assisted a longtime Petersburg resident, who had spent many years serving her community.

00:03:55: They completed a variety of repairs & upgrades including portrait pairs with newly installed ramps gutter and fencing repairs, window-and door fixes.

00:04:05: And a grab bar installation in the bathroom to enhance

00:04:07: safety.".

00:04:08: This initiative aligns with Ivana's commitment to enriching communities where its employees live and work.

00:04:13: as Brian Spadea, the site organization manager for Richmond explains.

00:04:17: The reaction we receive after completing one of these projects from home owners it is amazing again definitely brings out team building with everyone.

00:04:29: There's a lot of connections are made between the sites where some of the Richmond people don't know The Hopewell People and vice versa, but everybody wins in this situation that employees
