00:01:23: Beyond emergency situations, Uber Freight plays a key role in helping Avonix achieve long-term operational efficiency and cost savings.

00:01:30: By outsourcing logistics planning execution, Avonics is able to harmonize its processes streamline operations and sharpen it's focus on core business priorities as Ricardo Toscano, Avonic's head of supply chain management for the Americas explains.

00:02:27: Chapters of Grow Americas—Evonics Employee Resource Group for women —hosted a variety of events to honor the contributions of women, foster community and give back to those in need from festive potlucks and creative workshops to donation drives for organizations like Bloom which supports victims of sex trafficking.

00:02:45: each grow chapter infused its unique energy into the month celebration.

00:02:49: These efforts highlighted the power of connection, community and empowerment while honoring women who inspire us every day.

00:02:56: And by creating spaces for colleagues to connect, celebrate and make a difference, GROW continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that supports women's growth.

00:04:13: The Emergency Response Team at Avonix Etowat Tennessee site recently completed advanced rope rescue & confined space training to strengthen their emergency response capabilities.

00:04:22: The twenty-member team practiced technical rescue techniques.

00:04:25: teamwork communication ensure effective safe response potential emergencies.

00:04:32: Ivonic employees in Calvert City, Kentucky recently participated in the Wally Wise Guide program.

00:04:38: An initiative that teaches kindergarten through third grade students the importance of sheltering and place during emergencies led by Wally The Turtle .The program uses interactive skits and demonstrations to promote safety and preparedness In a fun an engaging way.
