00:00:46: From its beginning in nineteen seventy-six to it current role as a trusted center for catalyst regeneration rejuvenation and specialty services The Lafuyette Site has been cornerstone innovation and customer partnership for Yvonec.
00:00:58: The site recently celebrated occasion with special event turning it annual employee

00:01:03: into an anniversary celebration.
00:01:05: The event brought together the Lafayette team and colleagues from a cross-Avonics catalyst network to honor five decades of progress, excellence.

00:01:22: This site always been more about just catalysts.
00:01:25: it's about people innovation in sense purpose that drive us forward every day As we look to the future, I'm confident that this same dedication and guidance here will keep us pushing us into new heights.
00:01:38: Next each May Yvonics Employee Resource Group Asian Pacific Islanders represent at Yvonic or ASPIRE commemorates The Heritage Month for Asian Americans Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander's or AANHPI highlighting the rich histories cultures and contributions of these communities.
00:01:55: This annual observance fosters a deeper understanding an appreciation across the organization celebrating diversity and inclusion.
00:02:02: This year, Aspire hosted a workshop titled Histories of Racism & Coalition Building featuring Dr.
00:02:08: Sarah Sunling Blackburn an nationally recognized facilitator and author.
00:02:12: Dr.
00:02:12: Blackburn emphasized the significance of coalition building in shaping history and creating stronger more inclusive communities and workplaces.
00:02:20: Additionally, Avonic Sites Across North America demonstrated their dedication to celebrating Heritage Month through engaging programs and events.
00:02:27: at Avonix Piscata by New Jersey Headquarters Aspire hosted an in-person celebration featuring fun activities and a variety of food as Neona

00:02:43: First of all it builds community teamwork between Asian Americans in
00:02:50: the workplace,
00:02:51: and also it reaches out to other people.
00:02:54: To include them In our experiences And I think that's very important when we Think about a work place because We're all working on different projects together so having That cultural awareness and The understanding of someone else's

00:03:08: i think can really help Company culture.
00:03:16: Ivonic employees across various sites recently united to celebrate and support military veterans ahead of the Memorial Day holiday.
00:03:24: Yvette, the employee resource group which is dedicated to fostering a strong and supportive community for veterans organized meaningful activities to pay tribute to fallen service members.
00:03:34: among these efforts were ceremonial flag raisings And The creation of Fallen Soldier Tables A symbolic display that honors the sacrifices of Service Members who gave their lives protecting freedom.
00:03:44: Yvonne's commitment to supporting the military community extends beyond veterans, as shown by Josh Grammelspacker who recently received a patriotic employer award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
00:03:54: Although not a veteran himself, Josh was nominated for his unwavering support during Keith's nine-month deployment including regular phone calls tailored care packages and other small gestures that left meaningful impact.
00:04:08: Veterans are an important part of Ebonic's workforce as they bring unique skills and qualities.
00:04:13: As Trey Whistler, the head of EVET explains... So
00:04:16: I think it is valuable for Ebonics to hire veterans because their skill sets bring leadership in teamwork, discipline and accountability.
00:04:24: They bring adaptability problem solving And have a strong work ethics.
00:04:29: when i had just gotten out of military wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Ebonica gave me chance to grow within company.
00:04:37: I think it's important to have these skill sets brought in, and we can place them into a role here at Ivonic.
00:04:43: that not only help us but also the veteran.
