00:00:39: For the past two years, Yvonic's America's Open Innovations team has participated in the Carbon to Value or C-to-V initiative an annual six month program designed to advance carbon capture utilization and storage technologies.
00:00:53: The initiative brings together startups and industry leaders to collaborate on innovative solutions that address global climate challenges.
00:01:00: As part of the program yvonic provided mentorship technical validation And collaboration opportunities.
00:01:07: By connecting Avonix expertise with external innovators, the America's Open Innovation team aims to strengthen the company's position in sustainable solutions while contributing to global efforts to combat climate change.
00:01:19: One standout partnership for Avonik was with LightOne a startup developing bio-based dyes and pigments as sustainable alternatives to petroleum based dyes.

00:01:35: We collaborated closely with LightOne to scale their production process and within aim to refine the manufacturing processes.
00:01:46: Programs like C-to-V go beyond mentorship, they help startups achieve commercial success while driving forward technologies that tackle global challenges.
00:01:58: This initiative reflects Ivonic's dedication to sustainability building partnerships that bring transformative solutions to market.
00:02:11: Next, Yvonnex Mobile Site in Alabama recently introduced an advanced weather station designed to enhance safety environmental compliance and operational efficiency.
00:02:20: this state-of the art station provides real time site specific weather data collecting critical information such as wind speed and direction air pressure rainfall and lightning activity.
00:02:30: By delivering accurate localized insight, the Weather Station empowers teams to respond quickly to challenging conditions and plan activities with greater confidence.
00:02:39: Its data supports outdoor worker safety by tracking heat levels and monitoring lightning activity while its precise measurements help ensure compliance with EPA air emission requirements.
00:02:49: Additionally The station enables teams to optimize operations and schedule tasks during favorable weather conditions.
00:02:57: The station will enable the mobile site to protect both people and processes.

00:03:10: Our new on-site weather station provides up-to-the minute site specific data that enhances decision making across the board.
00:03:17: with this tool we're able to better protect our people optimize operations in safeguard environments.
00:03:23: The system's extended lighting detection range of six to twenty miles also gives us earlier warnings to ensure safety on-site.
00:03:33: Lastly, celebrating Juneteenth across Avonix!
00:03:36: This June, Avonax Employee Resource Group for African American Professionals build is hosting Juneteen celebrations across North America.
00:03:44: through engaging events and shared experiences.
00:03:46: Build is fostering a sense of community connection and reflection across Avonic sites.
00:03:51: In Hopewell and Richmond, Virginia employees participated in on-site activities like music & movie trivia a photo booth and refreshments.
00:03:59: Mobile Alabama hosted a cafe takeover featuring soulful meals inspired by rich traditions fostering connection through food and fellowship.
00:04:07: And On this upcoming Saturday employees at the Tippecanoe Labs in Indiana are invited to The Greater Lafayette Juneteenth Celebration with storytelling Music Food and community focused festivities.
00:04:18: But the centerpiece event of The Holiday has been the Build Town Hall, which showcase builds accomplishments future plans and an honoring what Juneteenth means.
