00:01:48: The Evonic Reserve site in Louisiana recently achieved an extraordinary milestone – thirty-five years without a lost time incident earning the prestigious Evonic Diamond Safety Award.

00:01:58: This accomplishment reflects decades' dedication to safety proactive engagement, and a strong culture of responsibility among team members.

00:02:05: The Diamond Safety Award was presented during a site visit by Avonok Executive Board Member Lauren Keltsen alongside Elias Lacerda President Americas.

00:02:14: Both leaders commended the team for their dedication and emphasized the importance of keeping safety at the forefront of daily operations.

00:03:08: Lastly, Avonix Apprenticeship Program in Lehigh Valley recently featured at an issue of The German Publication Capital Magazine.

00:03:16: Avonics apprenticeship program in Allentown Pennsylvania offers more than just career training by addressing workforce challenges inspired.

00:03:26: The program blends hands-on experience with classroom learning, equipping young professionals with the skills needed for specialized roles.

00:03:32: At the Allentown Innovation Hub, apprentices work on cutting edge projects developing advanced materials for applications such as sneaker soles medical catheters and home insulation.

00:03:43: The Program created in partnership with a German American Chamber of Commerce and Lee Carbon Community College aims to attract and train local talent while addressing region's shortage skilled workers.

00:03:53: One key advantage of the program is financial accessibility.

00:03:56: Apprentices earn a salary during their training and avoid college tuition costs, making it an appealing alternative to traditional education.

00:04:04: Tom Arahill is a twenty-seven year old apprentice in Allentown.

00:04:14: My friends are drowning in student loans that they're still paying off.

00:04:17: This apprenticeship program through Avonix allows me to study and gain real-world experience without the financial burden.

00:04:24: Once I finish my training, i'll be able to be independent And thats something I couldn't achieve on a traditional path.

00:04:35: The American Chemistry Council recognized twenty five avonic sites with facility safety awards honoring exceptional safety standards that prevented OSHA-restricted cases, lost time injuries and fatalities among employees and contractors.

00:04:50: Of these, twenty three sites earned the highest distinction—the Certificate of Excellence while three others received a certificate for their outstanding safety
