00:00:45: This initiative will strengthen our manufacturing capabilities and support the growing demand for U.S.-based contract development and manufacturing or CDMO services for drug substances.
00:00:55: over The next five years Yvonic will invest one hundred million dollars to modernize key equipment including large reactors and other critical systems.
00:01:02: The investment is also supported by the town of Shadeland, Indiana and underscores our shared commitment to economic growth and innovation in this region.
00:01:09: The initiative will enhance reliability enable greater automation improve ergonomics efficiency at one of the world's largest facilities for active pharmaceutical ingredients or APIs.
00:01:19: It also positions Avonic to address increasing complexity of API required from modern therapies such as treatment cancer metabolic diseases cardiovascular conditions.
00:01:29: The Tippie Canoe Site is our second largest site in North America and a cornerstone of our global CDMO network for small molecule drug substances.
00:01:37: The modernization project reflects the Vonis commitment to next generation technologies, And the community at Greater Lafayette.

00:02:06: Next, Zach Foxx, the Associate Director of Manufacturing Drug Delivery & Medical Device Solutions for our Healthcare Business Line located at Ivonix Birmingham Laboratories in Indiana was recognized as a top growth leader by The Birmingham Business Journal.
00:02:21: This award highlights Zach's exceptional efforts on expanding production of specialized materials vital to drug delivery and medical applications all while maintaining the high standards required in such a tightly regulated field.
00:02:33: Since joining Avonic, Zac has been pivotal and transforming the Birmingham site into hub of efficiency growth.
00:02:38: among his standout achievements is leading massive production increase scaling output by four hundred percent for one sites highest volume polymers.
00:02:46: he also played key role integrating newly acquired facility to the site's operations consolidating everything under on roof shifting focus from research full scale manufacturing Once when Zach stepped in to lead a critical production line.
00:02:59: during a colleague's leave, the team was faced with a surprise inspection.

00:03:48: Through a five-thousand dollar donation to the Legion Memorial Project, Ivana Canada is helping create a centralized Veterans Walkway and Cenotaph at Morrisburg Waterfront Park.
00:03:57: Led by Royal Canadian Legion Branch forty eight The project brings together six military monuments that were previously located throughout the community into one revitalized space .The new site will feature landscaping lighting seating and flagpoles creating dedicated location for remembrance ceremonies.
