00:00:19: October was manufacturing month and our employees celebrate Diwali the festival of lights those stories and more coming up In just a minute.

00:00:38: first step Yvonnec's Mobile Alabama site recently conducted a full-scale emergency response exercise.

00:00:44: The event brought together employees, site leadership and local emergency response agencies to simulate a hazardous materials incident during the railcar transfer operation.

00:00:53: The exercise tested the sites' ability to respond to complex emergency scenarios while integrating with public safety agencies and healthcare partners.

00:01:01: This simulation emphasized key capabilities including unified command decision making interagency coordination resource management and public information dissemination.

00:01:11: The exercise strengthened Avonix partnership with local first responders, and reinforced the mobile site's readiness to handle real-world emergencies ensuring the well being of employees in the surrounding

00:01:27: there were a total of twelve different agencies involved?

00:01:31: And it was a lot moving parts.

00:01:36: It's not often we get to do this type of exercise on the scale, simulating a chemical release and activating our emergency response.

00:01:43: Getting a chance to challenge in stress all those systems.

00:01:47: it really gives us a chance.

00:01:49: put into action test your capabilities And were committed to protecting our workforce employees.

00:01:55: for people first that is people here at site outside the fence line going make sure people are taken care.

00:02:04: next October was manufacturing month.

00:02:06: Manufacturing Month is a nationwide initiative that highlights the essential role manufacturers play in driving innovation, fostering economic growth and strengthening communities.

00:02:16: Led by The Manufacturing Institute this annual celebration encourages manufacturers to connect with students parents educators community leaders through engaging activities interactive events.

00:02:26: For Yvonnec's Tippy Canoe Laboratories in Indiana, this year's Manufacturing Month was a valuable opportunity to engage with local students and showcase the science technology and collaboration behind pharmaceutical manufacturing.

00:02:39: As part of The Greater Lafayette Commerce' Manufacturing Week, Tippey Canoe laboratories participated at five-day event that welcomed over four hundred students from area schools.

00:03:40: this five-day celebration will peak on November eighth.

00:03:43: Ivonix Employee Resource Group for Asian Colleagues Aspire is celebrating the holiday across multiple sites.

00:03:49: in Allentown Pennsylvania Aspire members are organizing a vibrant celebration featuring traditional food, engaging activities and meaningful conversations.

00:03:58: This year's highlights include a Diwali bingo game at an origami station where employees craft Diaz – the traditional lamps associated with the holiday.

00:04:07: At Avonix-Tipi Canoe site in Indiana colleagues are honoring traditions such as rangoli art while other sites like Piscataway New Jersey or Mobile Alabama host smaller gatherings of snacks that encourage employees to learn about.

00:04:20: By sharing this celebration with colleagues, members of ASPIRE are fostering connections through culture.
